01 Definitions

The following terms, when used throughout this document, carry the meanings assigned to them below. Defined terms are capitalised for clarity.

02 Eligibility

Use of the roq77 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. The Operator reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account found to be in breach of these requirements.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. roq77 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account registrations and betting activity. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• Residency: The Platform primarily serves players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a location where doing so does not violate any applicable local law or regulation.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are acting under legal guardianship may not register.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or cooling-off period currently active on the roq77 Platform.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of the Operator, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to register as Members or place bets on the Platform.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of roq77 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making financial transactions — you must complete the account registration process. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify roq77 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• The Operator reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity.
• Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence, accompanied by proof of address and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the Operator may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.
• The Operator may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on roq77 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and BSI bank transfers, as well as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja e-wallets.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Wallet after confirmation is received from your payment provider. Processing times vary by channel but are typically near-instant for e-wallets and within 5 minutes for bank transfers during standard banking hours. The minimum deposit amount is displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by roq77 within the timeframe displayed in your account dashboard — typically under 3 minutes for verified accounts. The Operator reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment channel and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed within the deposit and withdrawal sections of your account.

• The Operator does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside roq77's control and are your responsibility.
• Deposits made by any payment method must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering or payment processing purposes.
• The Operator reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it suspects the transaction was made fraudulently, under duress, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit or debit to your Wallet, the Operator reserves the right to correct the error regardless of the direction of the adjustment.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

roq77 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated before the bonus is claimed.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate, as specified in the promotion terms.
• Minimum Odds: Sportsbook bonuses may carry a minimum odds requirement per selection or per accumulator leg. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Expiry: All bonus offers carry an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of credit. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not wagered within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse — including matched betting, arbitrage, or the coordinated use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on roq77 is subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to each product, in addition to the general conditions set out in these Terms & Conditions.

• Sportsbook: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton). In the event of a dispute, the Operator's decision is final. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner; a void selection reduces the number of legs and adjusts the odds accordingly.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted at the Operator's discretion. The Operator reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets confirmed before a market is suspended stand; bets placed after suspension may be voided.

07 Responsible Gaming

roq77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products. The Platform provides the following tools — accessible directly from your account settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose over a given period. Bets that would cause you to exceed your active loss limit will be declined.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive on-screen notifications after a specified duration of continuous platform use to help you maintain awareness of time spent gambling.

08 Account Suspension & Termination

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Use of the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed at Platform staff or other Members.
• Any other action the Operator reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its services.

Upon account closure for breach, the Operator reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the balance will be returned via the Member's registered withdrawal method. Members who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting support; any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the roq77 Platform — including but not limited to the roq77 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, modify, or distribute any Platform content without the Operator's prior written consent.
• Use the roq77 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software component of the Platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total liability to any Member in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Operator shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss arising from Force Majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or scheduled maintenance.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or data suppliers.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. The Operator does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without liability.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by roq77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

In summary, roq77 collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable regulatory obligations. 12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed, as stated in the Platform's licensing documentation. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator's registered jurisdiction.

13 Amendments
